Notes
There are now over 200 Provincial email addresses that have been registered
for use by lodges, chapters and the Senior Provincial Officers. They are available
to use now.
An email has gone out to all who requested email and secretariat access - please contact me if you have a question.

04/01/06 Calendar updated with Training Seminars - Interesting Statistics - In 2006 there will be almost 2,000 lodge meetings and 422 chapter meetings - the popularity of the meeting days is Thursday - 561, Wednesday - 534, Tuesday - 493, Monday - 401, Friday - 378, Saturday - 65. Therefore Thursday is the most popular evening.

12/11/05 The Beta test of the authenticated SMTP server has proved successful and accordingly the procedure is now on the Secretariat pages.
11/10/05 I have now added an Authenticated SMTP server to the website. This will allow users with Provincial email addresses to send emails from their xxx@wrprovince.co.uk address and not from their private email address. Currently the procedure for users to add this facility is in Beta testing for pcs Microsoft Outlook Express and is ready to roll out for Apple Macs Microsoft Entourage. Please contact me for further information.
10/11/05 Menu reorganised with entries now at the top - this is to facilitate users with less screen resolution than was previously required.

Tip
To search pages (Internet Explorer) i.e. to find the Lodge of Fidelity on the 'Lodges' page - left click anywhere inside the lodge data pane - type Ctrl F - enter Fidelity and search forward (or backward as appropriate) - the cursor will then jump to the first occurrence. Part names can also be found i.e. entering Fid will find Fidelity as will fid. Entering field will find Sheffield and also Wakefield.
